How can I order the Lucky CV services?

You may order Lucky CV services by completing the online order form created for your requested service. Such forms are accessible through the links at the bottom of the page of each service type.

How can I pay for the services?

Once you complete the order form, you will be asked to finalize the order by providing payment for Lucky CV and Interview Coaching services. However, the payment process for our CV Plus service is a bit different than our other services, as our experts should understand your needs and make an offer in accordance with them. Therefore, at CV Plus once you complete the order form, an expert from our team will contact you and following further discussion of the scope of the services an offer will be made to you.

In both scenarios, you will be forwarded to PayPal services to submit payment. On the PayPal screen you can chose to make the payment with your credit card, debit card or by using the credit in your PayPal account.

How can I correct errors in my order?

If you realize you provided inaccurate or missing information after sending the order form, don’t worry. You can always correct errors by (i) sending an e-mail to folks@www.luckycv.com, (ii) filling the online form at our Contact page or (iii) replying to the confirmation e-mail that you will receive from one of our experts after you complete your order.

Why is my invoice issued by a business called Nerdic and not Lucky CV?

Lucky CV is owned and operated by Nerdic, a London based consultancy, design and development company. We do financial book keeping together and we do not have a separate accountancy. Therefore, you are getting invoiced by the business, Nerdic, which owns Lucky CV.

When will my services be delivered?

Delivery time varies for each and every service.

For Lucky CV, your new or revised CV will be delivered within 72 hours following the completion of the order. However, your assigned expert may require additional information in order to better articulate your experiences. In that case, the expert will wait a maximum 24 hours for your answers and such waiting time will be added to the delivery time. If you do not answer the questions provided by your assigned expert in 24 hours, she/he will prepare your CV based on the information already provided.

For CV Plus, your assigned expert will provide a deadline after understanding your needs. However, on average, we deliver cover letters within 72 hours; personal statements, research proposals and portfolios within 7 days.

For Interview Coaching, you will receive your tailored interview pack within 72 hours following the completion of the order and you will your mock interview will be scheduled within 48 hours following the delivery of your interview pack.

Can I ask for a review after my services are delivered?

We value customer satisfaction a lot. You may ask for as many reviews as you need, as long as your request is made within 72 hours after we deliver the final version of the documents. In other words, you always have 3 days to review and make additional requests. However, if you make  requests after 72 hours of the delivery time, you will need to place a new order.

How can I make a complaint regarding Lucky CV services?

You may use the form at our Contact page to make complaints about our services. A team member will respond to your complaint within 72 hours and will do our best to resolve the issue.

How do you treat my personal information?

We understand that by obtaining services from Luck CV, you are providing a great deal of personal information. We do not share any personal information with any third party without clearly obtaining your explicit consent by asking your permission.
